we have manufacture the "two holes smokeless stove" with the consent of Mr.Bob Buckner who has designed the stove at the time he was working in the Development Consulting Services(DCS),UMN,butwal and was installed in Jumla district.We had manufacture and supplied those stove through the D.C.S and local supplier to facilitate local people living in jumla and later in mugu district too and till now we had supplied more than 5000 pcs in different parts of Nepal.

1.Top plate
Material :- Grey Cast iron

Top plate of stove is made of grey cast iron.It contains two cooking holes and one smoke exhaust hole.These days most of manufacture using mild steel plate as a top plate but due to prolong heat exposure M.S plate get deform and get rusting cause the short product life.On the case of grey cast iron plate can stand longer exposure of heat hardly deform than its counter parts.And also have to import these plate and takes time to manufacture because of gas cutting welding and gran ding and also having greater percentage of wasting of material but in casting quality of goods superior,durable easy to work and time and money efficients.
